Valborg!! Part 3: Bonfire..

We arrived back in Stockholm n we each went back to our homes b4 coming back out to meet at 7:30pm at Gamla Stan where we will walk to Riddaholmen to see the bonfire..

The woods to be burnt...

At 8:45pm, there is a line of ppl carrying fire torches to the pile of wood..


Everyone of them surrounded the wood n threw their fire at it..



It began burning up..



Irene n me.. it starts to get very hot even for us... we were standing quite far away

LL n me... the light from the fire is lighting our face up.. haha

As the wood burns, ppl around us starts to sing some songs in Swedish, to welcome the spring.. i guess.. n ppl will also be dancing around the fire as well..
