Kiruna Trip!! Arrival n Snow Festival..

Took the Connex train from Stockholm all the way to Boden then change train to Kiruna.. a total of 17 hours.. wah xiong ah.. in case u dont noe where Kiruna is.. look at the map to the left.. we came from the middle part of Sweden (Stockholm) n going all the way up...

Along the way to Boden C, there was a stop where suddenly there were 2 big policemen who talked to a guy n then suddenly arrested him n led him out of the train.. there was a lot of commotion.. this happened just few seats away from us.. wah happening leh..

Here we reached Boden Centrum n is waiting for the train going straight to Kiruna..

Finally after 17 hrs, we reached liao




After arrival, we played around with the snow a bit.. haha




As we proceeded to our accomodation in Kiruna "The Yellow House", we passed by a Snow Festival exhibition..

After some walking, we reached the Yellow House, the reception guy is terrible.. super poor attitude.. really qian bian.. but anyhow lah.. its pretty cheap anyway.. 150kr per person for a 4 bed room..




After checking in, we dump all our bags in the room and went out to explore the Kiruna town.. n have dinner as well.. as usual, we fooled around n took some photos..

Kiruna looks surprisingly modern.. i thot that it would be ulu ulu small town but it has all the big companies here like Handelsbanken n ICA supermarket.. cool..



After walk walk liao, then we got hungry so we went to have our dinner.. at some kebab place.. everyone of us ordered the same food.. cheap n good. steady lah..
